Front Hydraulic Kits

To use front implements like a grapple, auger, or broom, you will need one of our front kits. You can accomplish this with either a Third Function Kit or a Diverter Kit.

Third Function Kit: A Third Function Valve is a type of hydraulic control valve which can introduce extra hydraulic capability. Commonly referred to as a Third Function, it operates a third hydraulic cylinder beyond the initial two cylinders found on a front-end loader. One cylinder operates the tilt and curl function. The other cylinder raises and lowers the bucket. Our solenoid operated TFK manages the flow of hydraulic fluid into and out of cylinders or hydraulic motors. This enables their extension or retraction through the simple action of pressing a button or switch control. Diverter Kit: A hydraulic diverter valve lets you control two different cylinders (which can either move in one direction or both directions) with just one valve. This makes it easier to add new implements to your system. Think of it as a switch that lets you choose between two cylinders electronically, saving you the hassle of manually unplugging and plugging in hoses. When the switch’s button is pressed, fluid flows from Ports P1/P2 to C/D. This action redirects the fluid flow from the tilt cylinder to a new auxiliary circuit (A/B). Rear Hydraulic Kits
