Heavy Haul 3/8″ Flat Face Screw-to-Connect Hydraulic Quick Connect Coupler Set, M18x1.5 Male Thread, 24° Cone Light Series

The Summit Hydraulics 3/8″ Flat-Face Screw-to-Connect Coupler Set with M18x1.5 male thread (24° Cone, Light Series) is built for demanding hydraulic applications where performance and cleanliness matter. Made from magnetic carbon steel with a corrosion-resistant zinc-nickel coating, it stands up to tough heavy haul environments. The screw-to-connect design enables quick, tool-free connections, while the flat-face valve reduces fluid loss and keeps work areas clean. Its DN10 Light Series 24° conical bore ensures a secure seal, even under vibration and pressure spikes.

Rated for 6,092 PSI working pressure and 18,855 PSI burst pressure, this male and female coupler set reliably handles high-pressure hydraulic flow. Durable seals made from Buna-N (NBR), polyurethane (PU), and PTFE resist wear, temperature swings, and fluid breakdown—delivering long-term, leak-resistant performance. Perfect for keeping your construction equipment running strong.
