Heavy Haul 3/8″ Flat Face Screw-to-Connect Hydraulic Quick Connect Female Coupler, M20x1.5 Male Thread, 24° Cone Heavy Series

The Summit Hydraulics Heavy Haul 3/8″ Flat-Face Screw-to-Connect Female Coupler with M20x1.5 male thread (24° Cone, Heavy Series) is engineered for high-performance hydraulic systems where durability and cleanliness are critical. Constructed from magnetic carbon steel and protected with a zinc-nickel finish, it withstands harsh, demanding environments. Its screw-to-connect design allows fast, tool-free installation, and the flat-face valve minimizes fluid spillage for a cleaner job site. The DN10 Heavy Series 24° conical bore delivers a secure, vibration-resistant seal.

With a working pressure of 6,092 PSI and a burst pressure of 18,855 PSI, this coupler ensures safe, efficient fluid transfer in high-pressure setups. The triple-seal combination—Buna-N (NBR), polyurethane (PU), and PTFE—offers exceptional resistance to wear, heat, and hydraulic fluid breakdown. A tough, leak-resistant solution built to keep your equipment running at full force.
