Heavy Haul 3/8″ Flat Face Screw-to-Connect Hydraulic Quick Connect Male Coupler, M22x1.5 Male Thread, 24° Cone Light Series

The Summit Hydraulics 3/8″ Flat-Face Screw-to-Connect Male Coupler with M22x1.5 male thread (24° Cone, Light Series) is designed for high-performance hydraulic systems where durability and cleanliness are key. Built from magnetic carbon steel and finished with a corrosion-resistant zinc-nickel coating, it performs reliably in harsh environments. Its screw-to-connect design allows fast, tool-free connections, while the flat-face valve minimizes fluid loss to maintain a clean job site. The DN10 Light Series 24° conical bore ensures a tight, vibration-resistant seal.

With a working pressure of 6,092 PSI and a burst pressure of 18,855 PSI, this heavy haul coupler is ready for demanding, high-pressure operations. The combination of Buna-N (NBR) and PTFE seals offers long-lasting resistance to wear, heat, and fluid degradation—making it a dependable, leak-resistant solution for your hydraulic equipment.
