Shipping Information

How many days before my order ships?

Our operating hours are Monday – Friday 08:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. If ordering during operating hours we typically ship within 24 hours. For large kits and custom products, please allow up to 72 hours. If you placed your order during the weekend, we’ll ship your order on Monday. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a copy of the tracking information to the email given in your order.

We will either ship your order via UPS or USPS. In General, any smaller orders (less than 20lbs) will ship via USPS, while larger order (over 20lbs) will ship UPS. You can select your order to ship UPS ground, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air, on any order during the checkout after you type in your address.

While this is largely dependent on your location and the weight of the order, it typically will arrive in 3-7 business days.

If shipping via UPS Ground (Orders over 20 lbs), then you can use the map below to estimate your shipping time. 

If your order ships via USPS Priority Mail (Orders over 1lb and less than 20lbs), you can use the map below to estimate shipping times. 

First, ensure that your item has shipped by checking for an email notification of shipment or checking on “My Orders” if you have an account made. If your item hasn’t shipped, be sure you’ve read “How many days before my order ships?” above. If your item has shipped, please check the tracking information. We have no more information than you once the item has shipped. There occasionally are delays in shipping, and you can call your local post office or UPS store to get updates as well. If there has been no update on a shipment for 5 business days in a row, please let us know and we’ll figure out a solution.

Yes, Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air Via UPS can be purchased during checkout after you type in your address. If you only see the free shipping option AFTER typing in your address please contact us via contact@summit-hydraulics.com and we’ll take care of it.

Note: Please be aware that expedited shipping orders are only guaranteed to ship the same day when ordered BEFORE 2PM Mountain Standard Time. After 2 PM MST, the order would not ship until the following business day.
Also, orders placed on Friday would arrive Next Day or 2nd Day during the business week. Next Day or 2nd Day shipments are not delivered Saturday or Sunday.
