Heavy Haul 3/8″ Flat Face Screw-to-Connect Hydraulic Quick Connect Coupler Set, M22x1.5 Male Thread, 24° Cone Heavy Series

The Summit Hydraulics 3/8″ Flat-Face Screw-to-Connect Coupler Set with M22x1.5 male thread (24° Cone, Heavy Series) is designed for rugged hydraulic systems where durability and cleanliness are key. Built from magnetic carbon steel and coated with corrosion-resistant zinc-nickel, it stands up to harsh environments with ease. The screw-to-connect design enables fast, tool-free installation, while the flat-face valve helps prevent fluid spillage to maintain a cleaner workspace. Its DN10 Heavy Series 24° conical bore delivers a secure, vibration-resistant connection.

With a working pressure of 6,092 PSI and a burst pressure of 18,855 PSI, this coupler set ensures safe, consistent fluid transfer in high-pressure conditions. Seals made from Buna-N (NBR), polyurethane (PU), and PTFE provide excellent resistance to wear, heat, and hydraulic fluid breakdown—offering a tough, leak-resistant solution for demanding heavy haul applications.
