Heavy Haul 1/2″ Flat Face Screw-to-Connect Hydraulic Quick Connect Coupler Set, M22x1.5 Male Thread, 24° Cone Light Series

The Summit Hydraulics Heavy Haul 1/2″ Flat-Face Screw-to-Connect Coupler Set with M22x1.5 male thread (24° Cone, Light Series) is built for high-performance hydraulic systems where durability and cleanliness are essential. Crafted from magnetic carbon steel and coated with a corrosion-resistant zinc-nickel finish, it’s made to withstand harsh operating environments. The screw-to-connect design allows quick, tool-free installation, while the flat-face valve helps reduce fluid loss and keep work areas clean. Its DN12.5 Light Series 24° conical bore ensures a strong, vibration-resistant seal.

With a working pressure of 6,092 PSI and a burst pressure of 18,275 PSI, this coupler set is built to handle demanding, high-pressure applications. Seals made from Buna-N (NBR), polyurethane (PU), and PTFE provide long-lasting resistance to wear, heat, and fluid degradation—delivering a tough, leak-resistant solution for your hydraulic equipment.
