Heavy Haul 3/8″ Flat Face Screw-to-Connect Hydraulic Quick Connect Coupler Set, M20x1.5 Male Thread, 24° Cone Heavy Series

The Summit Hydraulics 3/8″ Flat-Face Screw-to-Connect Coupler Set with M20x1.5 male thread (24° Cone, Heavy Series) is built for high-performance hydraulic systems where strength, reliability, and cleanliness are essential. Made from magnetic carbon steel and finished with a corrosion-resistant zinc-nickel coating, it’s designed to endure tough operating conditions. The screw-to-connect design enables quick, tool-free installation, while the flat-face valve helps minimize fluid spillage for a cleaner work environment. Its DN10 Heavy Series 24° conical bore ensures a secure, vibration-resistant connection.

With a working pressure of 6,092 PSI and a burst pressure of 18,855 PSI, this male and female coupler set provides safe, efficient fluid transfer in high-pressure applications. Equipped with Buna-N (NBR), polyurethane (PU), and PTFE seals, it delivers long-lasting resistance to wear, heat, and hydraulic fluid breakdown—offering a rugged, leak-resistant solution to keep your heavy haul equipment operating at full capacity.
