Heavy Haul 3/4″ Flat Face Screw-to-Connect Hydraulic Quick Connect Coupler Set, M36x2 Male Thread, 24° Cone Heavy Series

The Summit Hydraulics 3/4″ Flat-Face Screw-to-Connect Coupler Set with M36x2 male thread (24° Cone, Heavy Series) is engineered for hydraulic systems that demand durability, performance, and cleanliness. Constructed from magnetic carbon steel with a corrosion-resistant zinc-nickel coating, it’s built to withstand harsh operating conditions. The heavy haul screw-to-connect design allows for fast, tool-free installation, while the flat-face valve helps minimize fluid loss for a cleaner job site. Its DN19 Heavy Series 24° conical bore ensures a strong, vibration-resistant seal.

Rated for 6,092 PSI working pressure and 20,305 PSI burst pressure, this coupler set delivers reliable performance in high-pressure applications. Seals made from Buna-N (NBR), polyurethane (PU), and PTFE provide long-lasting resistance to heat, wear, and fluid degradation—offering a tough, leak-resistant solution for demanding hydraulic systems.
